BRUSSELS – 13 May 2016 – Just six short months ago, The HR Bridge welcomed Bert Caryn and Kurt De Koeyer to our management team. Since then, The HR Bridge’s founder, Raf Rottiers, has been working in collaboration with his new team to create a fresh new sampling of innovative HR solutions. Our hard work has paid off, and the transformation calls for a new name — bridgX!

Our goal is to bridge the gap between SAP User Experience, SAP Human Capital Management, and HR processes. We do this by offering intuitive, high-efficiency HR services, apps, and software—designed to deliver measurable results.

A Customer-Centered Approach To HR

Since its inception, Enterprise software has been designed for function. Form was of minimal relevance. However well the business process was conceived, it still felt awkward, misplaced, too heavy and just ridiculously boring. Nobody was concerned about what the user felt when executing daily tasks.

Luckily, we are now in a new era, and all of this is changing. Corporations big and small now realize they need to pay attention to a good user experience for their customers and not only their external customers.
